Have never filled out a tax refund form since I have been in Korea - never new that there was such a thing here.
Can someone enlighten an ignoramace about the process/forms everything basically about the tax refund process for a foreigner

| I'm not sure, but I think only public school teachers need to fill out a tax refund form. The rest of us don't get our money back. |

I work in a public school - so does that mean all Hakwon teachers (whether Korean or foreign) don't file a tax return?
Seems strange if that is the case |
