so i'm switching jobs, and need to change my visa over. i don't have time to give my employer the full thirty days notice, cause of short notice on the new job hiring me and needing me to start soon.
i know to get a letter of release, but will i then have to do another visa run? my current visa is good until august, i just want to switch it over. anyone with any experience with this, thanks for the advice! |

I am sure you will need a CRC again. Sounds like you have the other stuff, but you may need another copy of your transcripts. These are the 2 main things that delayed the process for me.
I got a transfer of location on my current visa, and then I applied for an extension. This way, I didn't have to leave the country. Are you going through a recruiter? If so, get them to email you what you need. They are more likely to know the current requirements. |
