Could someone be kindhearted enough to translate some of the following?

일반관리비 (common/general management fee? The one that takes the whole and is divided amongst everyone in the building?)


법정관리비 (Fixed management fee? Same, automatic fee every month for everyone?)

부가세 (Extra/supplemental tax?)
전기본료 (Electricity charge/bill?)

미남액 (Amount unpaid/in arrears?)
미남연체료 (Late charge on unpaid amount?)

I was worried when I saw the bill because my heat was on pretty high. Don't know how to control this thermostat. There's no dial and it just seems to get to 24 or 25 Celcius sometimes. Goes up and up without me touching a thing. Doesn't really get too hot though. Then I remembered that my gas bill comes separately. The big one was the 미남액. That is probably not mine. This is my first month here and it looks like the last teachers. Funny because I gave the last bill to my employer since I knew it wasn't mine. And they didn't pay it. Nice. Oh well. The whole thing totalled to almost 410,000 Won. Almost went throught the roof when I saw that. Decided to check the translations on Naver.

Did I get most of them right?
