Worst Cereal
Quaker 100% Natural Granola, Oats, Honey & Raisins (1 cup)
420 calories

12 g fat (7 g saturated)
6 g fiber
30 g sugars

For the record, granola, for all its reputation as a beacon of breakfast virtue, is one of the worst ways to start your day. Thats because it takes an awful lot of sugar to keep those clusters glued together, making a single cup as sweet as two bowls of Cocoa Pebbles and as calorie-dense as 8 chicken wings. Even scarier, with the Cocoa Pebbles, youd get more fiber and save about 60 calories in fat. Go one step further and swap the Granola for Kashi GoLean. Do this every day this year and youll save 29 pounds!

Eat This Instead!
Kashi GOLEAN (1 cup)

10 g fiber

Yeah, that Quaker 100% stuff rocks. I haven't been to Costco for a couple of months, I need my fix of that cereal, ASAP. And you can't go wrong with that big a$$ box of Quaker Oatmeal. But I hate the varieties they have in there: regular, banana nut, apple cinnamon, maple & brown sugar, cinnamon & spice, and cinnamon roll. m&bs and cinn&s are too similar as it is, so what do they do? They throw in the cinnamon roll. I'd could use raisin & spice or peaches & cream.

Lately, I've been eating Tesco Cranberry Squares, those are good and only 17 grams of sugar per serving. I'd get the chocolate crispie cereal that they make, but it's a little over 7,000 won for a box.

It`s funny you know but I recently saw an online photo for the box of Quaker oatmeal that sells for +20,000 won here. Only is $7.89 back home.
