I know there isn't anything like Toys R Us, but what is the best toy store you've seen? I'm particularly interested in a large selection of Lego. |

I know that they don't have them here, but have you ever been to a Lego store? I went to one near Chicago, and it was the coolest thing. They have bins of odd-pieces that you can buy. Lego doors, windows, trees, different size bricks, different colors. Coolest thing ever. If I had come across a Lego store as a kid, my head would have exploded.
Speaking of Legos, have you ever been here?

For some strange reason, there are not a lot of good toy stores in Korea.
Toys R Us has mainly a collection of plastic ...., although I did see a few very good board games.
One would think that Koreans don't want their children to have any fun? |

Maybe you need to actually visit Korea and see what's really happening here?
There's a HUGE Toys 'R Us in B1 of Lottemart close to Guro Subway Station on line #1. You can see the Lottemart sign from the subway line and station. |

There is a Toys R Us in the Lotte Mart (I think it's a Lotte Mart?) near Guil Station on Line number 1. I went there one time, and I seem to remember there was a large selection of Legos there. I was actually surprised by the size of the Toys R Us, and I had a good time looking around. |

Madoka, come and at least VISIT Korea. Evidently, you'll be surprised at what you'll find. |

There's also a Toys r Us in the second floor at Chamsil Lotte. I went there a couple times for x-mas shopping at was surprised at how expensive some toys were while other toys were very, very reasonable. They had great selection, too. |

Thanks for the replies guys. Given that Korea is one of the few countries that has a Lego factory, I was hoping to find some interesting sets. I didn't know that TRU was in Korea. I'm going to have to check them out.

For the record, I've been visiting Korea since the 1980s. I was just there for a month last year and in one month, I'll be there for another six weeks. Man, I am getting excited by the thought of cha chang mein delivered to my door at all hours of the night! |

Correction: Toys 'R Us is located nearby Guil Station, not Guro Station. |
