i have an officetel near sangsu station (hongdae area). for various reasons im leaving early but would like to sublet the place for two months. starting around march 1st to april 30th. i'm thinking of subleting for a reduced price of 500,000 won per month. the place is rented out for 800,000/month.
it's close to all the hongdae night life without the noise, lots of great restaurants around and shops and right on the subway line number 6.
It's 18 pyeong, basically a studio with small kitchen and good sized bathroom. unfortunately i can't leave much furniture behind for the person but i will leave a sofa bed and perhaps a table.
