Hi I'm new in country and having a difficult time finding a furniture. I'm in the Osan area. I need a computer desk, microwave cart and a long folding table. Where can a person buy these things? Are there any furniture stores similar to Ikea? |

Cheaper and better selection than Weagookin Mall, but you will need the help of a Korean to order. I picked up a nice computer desk from Ikea Korea and a good leather office chair from Costco. |

Thanks everyone. The Emart and Home Plus in my area did not have a lot of furniture. Do they have a large selection in Seoul?
Also is Costco a members only place like in the States? |

Costoc is members only. FWIW, there are places that sell used furniture. Sometimes you can find some really good stuff and the price is alright. With the Air-force base, etc. there would be many people coming and going after their contracts. Ask around. BTW, in Seoul there are many, but the delivery will be an obstacle for you. Good luck to you. |
