Today I turn 24. I got a cake, a cup and a dangly thing for my cellphone from co-workers. Of course just make sure I had forgotten who I worked for I got another timetable change.

But I got a nice unexpected gift from my director.

My supervisor tells me right before my last class.

Quote:
Director tells me that tomorrow you're moving have your apartment packed up and ready to go by 10am.

Now some of you may remember the wonderful
Christmas presentshe gave me.

My current job stats are
Number of different timetables for in the last month: 12
Apartments lived in: 4
Schools worked in: 3
Days left in current contract: 30

What's worse is instead of moving down the road again I'm moving from a nice neighbourhood into a really horrible one (this a waste land of villas and screaming kids everytime you venture out of the house).

At this point I would love to quit on the spot, but my only saving grace is that I'm just under a month from finishing my contract.

So closer or further from my place? Because if it's further, that would be sad.

Probably about the same distance.

This is bizarre. Don't directors sign one-year rental contracts? Why the heck does he keep moving you for?

Must want you to quit so that he can keep your severance...

Basically this is a long story in and of itself.

I orginally was working in bucheon. One of the teachers left her school incheon so I ended up working at two schools and since the majority of time was in incheon she moved me there. (move number 1)

Her school in incheon just about went belly up so she sold it. Why I moved two weeks ago I'm not sure but I think the lease was up on my old place.

Why I think I moving to bucheon is a) it's cheaper and b) the bus driver doesn't have to drive me there and back each day.

I can't quit I have less than a month to run on my contract. Thank BLOODY GOD!!!!!!!!

However I have a nervous wait ahead as I'm pretty sure she's going to put a fight on severance.

I feel for ya. One of the biggest determining factors in my re-signing was my want for security; and my apt played a big role in that.

Drink to me, only with thine eyes
And I will pledge with mine;
Or leave a kiss but in the cup,
And I'll not look for wine.
The thirst that from the soul doth rise
Doth ask a drink divine:
But might I of Jove's nectar sup
I would not change for thine.

I sent thee late a rosy wreath,
Not so much honouring thee
As giving it a hope that there
It could not withered be
But thou thereon didst only breath
And sent'st it back to me:
Since, when it grows and smells, I swear,
Not of itself but thee.

O, hurry, where by water, among the trees,
The delicate-stepping stag and his lady sigh,
When they have looked upon their images
Would none had ever loved but you and I!

Or have you heard that sliding silver-shoed
Pale silver-proud queen-woman of the sky,
When the sun looked out of his golden hood?
O, that none ever loved but you and I!

O hurry to the ragged wood, for there
I will drive all those lovers out and cry
O, my share of the world, O, yellow hair!
No one has ever loved but you and I.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!

Well I packed up all my stuff today and I was waiiting in my apartment for the movers to come. I get a phone call demanding why I'm not waiting for pick up and I said I was at my apartment waiting to move as requested.

I have been told that they dont know when I will be moving or infact where I will be moving too.

At this point I'm just about to go postal. I really want to have a big hissy fit but am managing to hold it in mainly because I know that the hissy fit will probably result in me getting summarily dismissed.

On the other hand I have an apartment packed up and the threat of being moved at some point in the future. The thought of living out of a box for however long the director deems necessary seems a very miserable way to spend my last few weeks here.
