I'm looking to rent a loft sytle studio within the next 3-4 weeks. Is this style of studio popular in these areas??. Most of the real estate chaps have told me that there are no loft style studios anywhere in these areas

I know of one in Sinchon. A couple of years ago, it was a 10 million won deposit and 700,000 won monthly rent. It's on the main road that line 2 runs on... about 2/3's of the way to Ehwa station from Sinchon station. |
