Wow, the pay for these things sure have gone down.

Used to be that rate for half a day.

No guarentees that this thing won't go late into the night before you get your pay, either, am I correct?

Why do I have this image of a bunch of Korean immigration guys just standing there waiting for the foreigners to show up to get paid for doing illegal work?

I'd be careful with this. It's a cattle call (25 foreigners) and it is likely that the casting company does not care very much about any risks to your visa status. Also, the ads are all over the place.

Yea. Not entirely important to him. It sounds like he doesn't care less about your visa.

The OP posted this in the Off Topics forum. Read the replies over there from veteran teachers in Korea, it's a horrible idea to apply for this "commercial."
