I'm just wondering if any of you have been to the Foreign Library. What's it like? Do they have many volumes in English and other languages? Do they issue cards? Can you take books out? Thanks for any information.

Alas. I haven't been to a library for years and truly do miss the experience. If there is a library with English books in Seoul, I wouldn't get your hopes up. I imagine a bookcase or two with some books.
