Is there a form for this? I have a letter saying it will be done during orientation, but I have read up that basically they send you out to get it done yourself.
Is there a standard form they fill out and send to immigration or who ever?
I'm most likely arriving in Seoul a few days early, I was thinking of just doing it then and having them fax it.
What are the tests? HIV,Drugs and? On my letter it says a physical exam, but most people say its not a physical just height/weight |

I was with the August group and it was done after orientation, with your co-teacher assisting(transportation, translation). Basic physical, urine and blood work. Plus a dentist gives you a quick look. Drug and HIV are standard. Pretty uneventful, but you do have to pay for it. I forget how much. I didn't need any special forms. |

The hospitals have the forms.
When I re-signed, I had to supply two, passport-type pictures. |

It seems to be diffrent depending on where you go. When I did it in seoul I had a chest x-ray, had to supply blood and urine, had eye tests, hearing tests, height, weight.. all kinds stuff.. The last time I had to do it was with epik and it was just blood and urine |

It's not actually different depending on where you are, it's just that some co-teachers don't know exactly what's needed. Nor do I for that matter, but I do know the chest X-ray I got was unnecessary (no one else in my district got one). Sorry I can't speak to exactly what is needed. |
