Does anyone know a Korean DVD e-tailer that ships to the US? Some do but they make you enter a registration number that I no longer have since I'm in the US. |

If you are looking to buy Korean DVDs and want them shipped to the states, I'd suggest you check out some HONG KONG e-tailers.
I went that route a couple of years ago. From my experience they had Korean DVDs BEFORE the Korean market. (LEGALLY TOO). They have better English subtitles, and a lot of the "extras" have english instead of Korean.
Finally the prices are better.
Sorry I can't remember which one I used but do a net search. |

Why the hell do you need that damn number for every Korean site? Is it the law?
ARC ids work? I know they used to, but I heard now they banned those on many sites like Sayclub, although I still have an account on there. I got a load of dates on that site before. |

HK DVDs are good but it's a hit-or-miss thing with DVDs made in China. Plus, the Korean versions often have bonuses that the HK ones do not.
Well, I figure I'll just contact my buddy in Korea and have him send them to me. Actually, koreandvds.com still charges more than most sites in Korea if you take the exchange rate into account. |
