Last time I went, I couldn't use a Korean bank card because they require 6-digit PINs in The Philippines and we only use 4-digit PINs here. Has anyone been lately and used a Korean bank card?

The problem isn't the 4 digit pin, the problem is KB bank cards don't work outside of Korea, if you're not Korean. My US visa debit card worked just fine in the Philippines, and it has a 4 digit pin.

My KEB card works just fine there..4 digit pin and all...Look on the back of the card if there is a Cirius logo or something like that then u should be able to use it anywhere in the world. That is the first I have heard about a 6 digit pin for the card.

It was actually a HANA card I used. It was 2 years ago now. This time, I was thinking of using my KB card.

Even if your green KB card has the Maestro logo on it - dont count on it for cash. KB cards for foreigners dont work outside of here.

If your KB card is older than 3 years t works abroad. Round about two and a half years ago they changed it that foreigners couldn't get an international card
