I am going to fill out form 8802 for residency certification showing 2009,but does form 6166 show the year and month I requested on the form or just 2009? I want to make sure when I submit 6166 to Gepik that they will not reject it if it just shows 2009 or an earlier month before I start.

| Don't think they care about dates, they just want to see a form stating your residency. Mine is for 2009 as well. Pretty sure it just says for 2009. But, you can order for multiple years at the same cost. |
