| i have a question about SMOE and getting pay bumps during your contract. i'm applying early for SMOE's sept 2009 start, but i want to complete a TESOL program so i can qualify for the next salary level. if i do get and accept an offer of employment before completing my TESOL and have already signed a contract, can i show them my certificate and get the contract changed when i arrive at my school? |

Yes, it's built into the contract to upgrade pay automatically once you submitted the certificate to them during the contract year....Get it done before hand if you can.... |
