Simmilar to the sauce Koreans eat with pigs feet. |

A favorite back home is Laab Dip Gupgay which is a meat salad made by mincing one of those foot long house lizards and adding lime juice, ground chili pepper chopped scallions and mint leaves and eaten raw w/ sticky rice. |
