Some people have a license but still need to learn how to drive.
The exception goes to the last driver in the video.Shocked

I remember an old post from 1996 on Dave's about someone who said he waits a second or two to let Korean's go first. If it's safe for them, it's safe for him. I've followed that advise and it's saved me tow or three times over the years from idiot drivers not stopping.
