If pension isn't paid for several months, what are the ramifications for a) the employee and b) the employer?
I have tried to contact the MOL bu no one seems to want to pick up the phone there.
Also, several people, have not been paid salaries by their employer in the same kindergarten as the pension issue above. Is there anyway to 'force' payment?

The Labour Board won't be able to help you on this issue.
Call the pension office. Their website is www.nps.or.kr.
They should be able to order payment. Be prepared to back pay for your share though. |
