By decent, all i'm asking for is a gym where the heaviest dumbbell isn't 50 lbs. I've visited 3 gyms and this was the case in all of them. Korea has bodybuilders and powerlifters... surely they get heavier weights somewhere.

By gangnam, i literally mean gangnam subway station. Thanks in advance.
