My former employer was, well, a typical hogwon director. He downright refused to sign me up pension and insurance. Plus, he got spiteful when I turned down his offer to stay on for another year. He ended making lies when I tried using him as a reference.
Anyway, this was a year ago. Since I want to do public school for my third year, I sent him a letter, requesting a record of employment. He ignored the first couple of letters. I sent him one, reminding him that he is legally obligated to send this information to me. As soon as he got it, he called up my school and acted friendly, as if nothing ever happened. He then sent the papers immediately.
Anyway, since I have the proof of employment plus all of my old payslips, can I still report him to the pension office and health insurance?
For the most part, I've just let all of this roll off my shoulders. But part of me would like to see justice (if there even is any here) served. Better late than never. |
