| How long does it usually take for Xanadu to get back to you about a reservation request? I put my request in on Tuesday and it's Friday afternoon and I haven't heard back. |

Thanks, just sent them an e-mail. I guess I'll call on Tuesday if I still haven't heard, a week seems like plenty of time to respond to my original request. |
