I've got some fairly advanced adults, about a level 4 of six levels, who'd like to study an Obama Speech. Which do you recommend? |

Obamessiahs recent Sermon on the Mount about CEOs getting huge bonuses while the economy is tanking would be a decent choice. Sure, chastising fat cat capitalist pigs on CNN non-stop before a paid, carefully selected audience is great PR, Adolf himself couldnt have staged it more perfectly. Personally, I'm of the opinion that whatever companies do with their money is their business and no f@cking body elses. They made it, they get to decide how to spend it. If they want to burn it in great piles in their backyards, then thats their prerogative. Moreover, The speech should have addressed the idea that the moment you get government involved in economics, youre handing the keys to your Maserati to a retarded 5-year-old, expecting nothing bad to happen. |
