Hello people:

Firstly, if this Q has been asked innumerable times, please direct me to the links as I haven't found anything using the search function here.
I'd like some people to share a bit of their experience re. housing prices for small studios located in Seoul's suburbs. For instance, briefly outline some of the lease terms a potential tenant would encounter and the current fair market prices.
I remember there were lots of agents that specialized in advertising and placing foreigners in places located in Itaewon, Seoul, but that area never appealed to me. I also think the housing prices would be considerably cheaper in Kyeonggi-do compared to central Seoual, but where to find the agents?
