| You need a Korean ID (as in your Alien registration card). |

| I don't think you can sign up with a foreign ID unless you're prepared to go through a very rigorous application process. |

| You don't need a Korea ID. Just need to fax them a photo copy of your home driver's license, or passport. But having the ARC is much easier. |

Yeah, some sort of crazy thing like that, on top of the ARC, not in lieu of it. |
