I am looking for a breeder of Pomeranian dogs in South Korea. I realize the responsibility of having a dog (and there aren't many problems bringing him or her back to Canada) and have enough time, money and love (sorry just wanted to state that before people started giving me a lecture).
I am looking for a REPUTABLE breeder of small Poms (sorry if your pom is 15 pounds it is not a pom, in my opinion), price is not an issue really.
A few friends have bought theirs in pet stores but I'd prefer a breeder, does anyone have advice on where I can find one or a contact?
