I'm in the process of pitching to a very large broadcasting company, and I'm interested in covering my ass on the intellectual property rights of my idea.
Does anyone here know of a firm that covers these kinds of things?
I know that "intellectual property" and "Korea" go together about as well as ice cream and kimchi, but I would rather not get screwed over on this. |

You can learn most of what you need to know about the basics of intellectual property through careful research.
I suggest you check out WIPO, and arm yourself with the basics so that you can ask specific questions should you need to.
You're unlikely to need a lawyer unless your copyright is actually infringed.
The difficulty is that you're unlikely to be able to afford to do anything about it. Enforcement proceedings are expensive, and many of these cases are won by the party with more resources.
