Anyone know where I can find liquid cocoa/chocolate extract?

I've never heard of chocolate extract, do you mean chocolate syrup? I've seen Hershey's and Ligo syrup at Homeplus, the Foreign Mart, Haddon House and Hanaro Mart...

Nope, pure extract as in vanilla extract, etc.

Oh, this is new to me..I've never even seen it called for in a recipe.
Perhaps you can try www.ilovecookie.com
Also, I'm going to America in about 3 weeks. I can send you some from there if you give me your address and a few won.
