| Can I get my degree verified by the KCUE and do a visa run if I haven't had an E-2 before? |

| Yes, you can. I did it. I had my first E-2 visa issued in Bangkok in August without any issues. |

I don't recall reading any posts of anyone else who did it; although, I have helped a number of people find the needed information from the immigration website. I suppose you have it all under control though. Good luck finding someone else who has gone through the process. If you get stuck, you can go ahead and use the search function. I posted about it several times. Good luck .... I am not sure why you bothered asking. |

I have had 2 teachers do it. As long as all your paperwork is in order its easy. The only problem is if you have a black mark in your immigration record, then you may/may not require an interview in your home country. I had one that did and one that didn't. |
