Hey all,

Just been to the Korean embassy in London and it was a rather surreal experience. Apparently I didn't need the transcript or the copy of my Criminal check just my passport and visa issuance number...No interview required either apparently they just said tyo come and collect my passport on Friday...Now I'm confused Confused Any one experienced anything like this?

I had almost the exact same experience last week at the Los Angeles embassy, but I did get "interviewed." All I was asked to bring was my passport, the required visa documents, and cash. The interview didn't last more than 5 minutes, and the guy just asked me why I wanted to go to Korea and how long I'd be staying there. He spent the rest of the time looking over my application. I was originally asked to come and pick up my passport the next day, but I convinced the lady working there to let me pick it up at the end of the day. Cool
