Below are some links to photos of Copper Dog, a little terrier mix who was adopted on Saturday from the Asan dog & cat shelter.

Unfortunately he escaped from his new owner's apartment in Jeongja-dong (not far from Sunae train station) and, given he doesn't know the area yet, he has wandered away and hasn't come back.

He is a fantastic, friendly little guy and all the volunteers from the Animal Rescue Korea group are really hoping we can find him and return him to his home. There is a 100,000 won reward for anyone who finds him and returns him to us.

Anyone who has information about Copper or would like more details about him please contact me at [email protected] or 010 8940 5233

Sorry to hear that Sad

Hope you find your pup. You might want to try checking all the vets and dog shops. I'm sure you probably already did.

Hi - thanks for all the (constructive) comments.

We spoke to the Sunae Town Council, they directed us to one vet that's in charge of all the lost animals in Sunae area. We gave them all the details about him. And they said they would call as soon as he came in or some dog with similar features came in... So let's just hope he finds his way to someone that will take him to a vet, where they will call this vet... Cross your fingers... For anyone's future reference it's called, Gah-Nah Dong Mool Byoung Won

We also contacted the local pound and gave them the same details (I'll have to keep calling them in case they forget - all the pounds in Korea receive a lot of lost and abandoned animals every day....

Our Korean vets have also posted him on a number of Korean websites as well as expat sites and we have posted a Facebook note for him ( http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=63626989611&id=20901147&ref=nf ) which a lot of our members have sent to their Korean Facebook friends

Not sure what else to do - I just hope he is found by someone kind who brings him in to a vet, he really is a fantastic happy little guy and we'd love to see him safe.
