If they do, what grade level do they usually get? I am one and I want to start building up my teaching experience at a public school.

I went through SMOE and i got a job. I'll be teaching 5~7th grade students. I'm a Korean American (Kyopo) w/ F4 visa. I'll be going to Korea at the end of this month.

Yes, public schools will hire gyopos or teachers on an F-4 visa but you will need all the documents that everyone else needs (CRC, transcripts, medical, ...).
