I had one for the first hagwon I worked at but they didn't give it back to me, or they couldn't. Can immigration give it back to me or do you think they just threw it away? Anyways now that I am in Korea it is harder to get a background check. I have no idea where to go. Any help would be great.

Immigration will give you a copy of it if you ask them but unless you're going to a public school you don't need to show it to anyone.
I assume that your CRC was apostillized or notarized by your embassy when you originally submitted it?
