I had one for the first hagwon I worked at but they didn't give it back to me, or they couldn't. Can immigration give it back to me or do you think they just threw it away? Anyways now that I am in Korea it is harder to get a background check. I have no idea where to go. Any help would be great. |

Immigration will give you a copy of it if you ask them but unless you're going to a public school you don't need to show it to anyone.
I assume that your CRC was apostillized or notarized by your embassy when you originally submitted it? |

It depends, Have you left KOrea since yo came in on your E2 Visa?
if you ve lived in Korea since then you should only ned to get a Korean Police Check, since you couldnt have gotten a Visa in the last year without a ploice check, which Immigration has anyway.
You can get that at virtually any LARGE police office. I got mine in Yongsan, and it was totaly free. Just need your passport and ID card
