I am in need of cottage cheese. I haven't been able to find it anywhere in Korea. Does Costco have it?

the anti-cancer diet, or just a coincidence?

you can also use yogurt for the CC, though they say you have to use proportionally much more of it.

don't know that CC can be had in Korea.

I have looked at Costco a few times and not found it. My mother was telling me how to make it from scratch recently so that is what I am going to try as I have looked many other places for it with no success either.

aparently Hannam market or the Red door has it sometimes..

use the search engine - http://www.google.com/coop/cse?cx=006359271486458796786%3A_ooozypbm6u

you would have found this - http://www.google.com/cse?cx=006359271486458796786%3A_ooozypbm6u&ie=UTF-8&q=cottage+cheese&sa=Search

you can also order it from a Korean company - http://thecheese.kr/

or make it yourself.. http://www.davidlebovitz.com/archives/2006/03/la_presure_home_1.html

I had Cottage Cheese sarnies with hula hoops in them to make them extra crunchy. Gosh, I love being back home.

They sometimes have a couple of pots in the small food store by the entrance of Hannam Supermarket, but only sometimes. Frequently I have gone there just to buy CC but they don't have it. I now go with a 'will they, won't they?' attitude. Sometimes I'm lucky. Often not.
