Anyone know where over-the-counter Ephedrine can be purchased in or around Seoul-Incheon or Daejon? Also, caffeine tablets. A suitable option would be Bronkaid. This is not for Bronchitis, but for weight loss. Thanks.

Cold medicines here are full of pseudoephedrine or pseudophidrine hydrochloride. If ephedrine is indeed illegal here, then those would be your next best bet. No pharmacist raises so much as an eyebrow if I specify that I want the medicine with the most of either as possible.

I've heard people asking about caffeine tablets here many times over the years, but I've yet to hear of anyone finding some.

Yeah, you won't get ephedrine but you will get pseudo-eph. I got some 'nasal preparation' from a chemist in Itaewon last week that made me feel like I was alternately speeding my *beep* off and coming out of a K-hole. It sounds like fun but it wasn't.

Same question. Ephedrine is completely legal here, I wonder if it's a grey market thing where you can take a personal supply.

so does anyone know if it's legal or illegal here?

There's a lot of confusion in the states about this - it is illegal in weight loss supplements, but legal at certain dosages in nasal decongestants, hence the question about bronkaid.

And as far as I've read, pseudoephedrine hasn't really been proved to work as a fat loss aid. And before anyone mentions it, Ma Huang isn't potent enough, ephedrine HCL is the classic of the ECA stack.

Anyone know for sure?

You could probably find some heart attack stack from bodybuilding.com?

And it's a great unhealthy alternative to exercise and discipline!

If you take a stack like that you will mess up your heart and your stomach.

Enjoy. Health is for sissies.

Why not exercise? Get a stationary bike and do 40-45 minutes a day, 5 or 6 times a week or go running (outisde, or a treadmill), maybe swim 4 or 5 times a day for 40 minutes to an hour? Throw in some resistance training, even if it is only pushups, pullups, sit ups, etc? It will take a bit longer to get where you want to be, but not really that much. Taking this crap ensures one thing, you burn fat but it will all come back quickly once you stop taking it because your lifestyle will not have changed. Or you could keep taking this shit and die before the age of 40, maybe 35. Doing 40 minutes of cardio a day 5 times a week will get you results before the summer vacation. Keep doing it and you will only benefit.

Personally, I used to be really active, running long distances and also hitting the weights regularly, but after some injuries I was inactive for about 2 years and I gained a lot of fat, especially mid section fat. I ran a bit but not muc during thos 2 years, certainly without a lot of commitment. But I bought a stationary bike in February and after about 3 months of it, plus body weight resistance work (pushups, sit ups, etc) the difference is startling. I have a routine where I get up at 6am six times a week and do 45 minutes on my bike. The difference isnt just in my physical shape but also how good I feel, the increased energy. Taking this sort of crap will not only ruin your health, it will rob you of the greatest benefits of getting int good shape: the satisfaction of hard work paying off in a very visible way.
