The only reason why you should still be teaching is that they are giving you a place while you look for another. That is probably your most practical solution. If they don't have money, then it won't matter if you take them to court. They won't be able to pay.

Try to get them to write a letter of release, or exist order if you have to through immigration, and go to another school.
