| How do you get a cell phone in Korea without any credit record? I don't want 'per use' phone but a regular monthly pay phone. |

All you need is a bank account with your ARC number. No credit check necessary.
I'd recommend going with someone who speaks Korean so that the various phone plans can be explained to you, but it's not impossible even if you're alone. |
