I'm sure this has been covered already, sorry for that. I live in Gangwon-do... if I go to Itaewon and set up a pay as I go cell phone, that won't create any area code or recharge issues, will it?

I don't think so.. cellphones have they own area code~ Like 010, 011, 018, etc.. |

No problem. Korean cell phones aren't assigned area specific codes. I think the only prefix code you get these days is 010, which isn't area specific. |
