So we've heard from those who love their Uni jobs. I'm wondering if anybody has had poor experiences at their college. Anyone out there dislike working in a Uni?

I've worked at two different universities. The Korean administration at the first one didn't care about the students or the teachers. The second one has been totally different.
I wasn't unhappy at the first one, but after I left for greener pastures, I realized what a disservice the administration had delivered to the students.
