Hey all, in a few weeks my wife and I are flying into ICN, spending the night, and the next day we need to get to Pohang. I've been planning on flying there out of Gimpo ($50 per ticket on Asiana), but with all our (overweight) luggage and whatnot, I was wondering if maybe a bus and/or train option might be a better idea. I doubt it, but I wanted to check to make sure. Thanks! |

The airport limousine bus takes long but it would get you and your massive luggage there cheaply. Relatively comfortable as well. |

The bus from ICN to Pohang is $26 each, and it'll take 5-5.5 hrs. Well worth it, really, to not have to deal with going to the airport, paying excess baggage fees, etc. Thanks! |

I took the train to Pohang when I first came here. It was a nice intro. to Korea. I think you still have to take the slow train but there was a dining car on that one. I had a lot of bags too, so it was convenient for that. |
