I'm looking for one of those Homeplus stores. I heard these are common in Korea and they carry more selection at better prices than Emart. I know there's an Emart in Wonju, Chuncheon, and Gangnueng, but want to find their competitor; Homeplus. I couldn't find any mens clothes I liked in Emart as it all looked so corny and silly and the food was so severely limited and over priced. I did pull off some great import beer though last weedend. Please help, I'm in need of pants, shirts, and underwear. And food! LOL Mr. Roboto needs food to support it's bio systems. Laughing

I did a search on this site, Galbijim, and google, but turned up little info as is common when internet searching Korea related things. Oh Daves, I get thousands of irrelevant results when searching and find the functionality of the site lacking. I apologize if someone has already made this inquiry before, but for the life of me, I can't do a search that only searches thread titles.

Any Homeplus store in Chuncheon, Wonju, or elsewhere in Gangwon-do?
Thanks in advance.

I remember seeing one in Samchoek (sp) or maybe it was Homeover. Which ever one it was had a large selection of TESCO products but that was last year. I have not been there in a while. EMART is also in Sokcho, which does have a few, but not many, marginally stocked import stores.

No HomePlus in Wonju, though my girlfriend says there are plans to build one.

Chuncheon has one, I hear, but not sure where.
