There is an apartment for rent in Kungsuh-gu. The apartment is right beside emart. It is a 3 minute walk. The new subway line 9 is right there at emart as well. The apartment is 15 pyong with one separate bedroom and a nice size living room.
The downpayment is 10,000,000 won and 500,000 a month. The utilites and other fees are very cheap. Not more then 70,000 a month.
This is a great location for a single person. Lots of families for privates if you are into that. If you are interested message me and I will give the contacts to the real estate guy.
