Door Hassles!

It seems every time I enter a building I stupidly choose the "fixed" door.

the signs are in English, and you think I'd learn, but me aside, why is this system common throughout Korea? why not leave both open?

and why, when there are two sets of doors, do they have to be set at a diagonal from each other? I just wanna walk straight!

It's to keep the cold air out, and is very common in big cities in cold climates.

You might want to consider going back to your hometown--preferably to your parents' house. Rolling Eyes
