We seem to have more and more Korean posters on Dave's ESL Cafe these days. I wonder what percentage. Let's take an anonymous poll.

I'm kind of surprised by your assertion. In the old days... we had... one Korean poster - Doggyiggi (sp), and a coupe of kyopo.

Now... are there really that many?

It seems to me that there might be an increasing about of F series visa holders (as those visas have loosened up over the years).

There are over a dozen that have joined in the last year or two that I'm aware of. Dunno how many, that's why the thread.

Doggyiggi was cool !

2. Doggyiggi was cool !

1. I must have missed all of them. The only one I remember is 'JustAnotherDay' and he was a rabid troll. That being said, I'm pretty sure he wasn't Korean, but rather a Cali Kyopo with some odd mommy isues.

2. Total agreement. He always had a sound voice and decent perspective.

What should I choose? I divorced my K-husband 2 weeks ago but my daughter is 1/2 korean...

Does that qualify for *some relatives are korean* or whatever that option is..?

A California gyopo no less...which is funny because of all the gyopos i've met in Korea (and i've met a lot) the biggest dicks were the gyopo's from Canada.

What do you think?

I think that's the point of the poll.
