I remember there was a news report about this on KBS or MBC some time ago. Some gas stations were putting water in the gas illegally, so they could make more money off of the gas.

Did anyone else see that, or remember any details?

I bring it up, because I'd swear I got a bad tank of gas from the SK gas station I frequent near Imae station in Bundang.

Everything was fine with my ride until I got gas there. Now my motorcycle has less power, seems to idle lower, and sometimes stalls.

I'm going to see if maybe I need a new fuel filter for my Daelim 125, but I still wonder if they are putting water in the gas now that prices are high.

It was on the news again on thursday night on MBC.
Not surewhere they were selling it, but it came from Kyeonggido and they had the usual characters in the police station witht the jumpers over their heads.

Basically a lot of motorists had been done at a few gas stations and the police(or whoever) did a bust.

It happens in every country, i got a bad tank of gas once in Australia that had been watered down. Teach me to go to the cheap gas station again.

Well, bundang would be Kyonngi-do, and I bet that's what's going on!

Hope they got busted!
