My ex-employer is dicking me around on my tax refund. The business hands seem to have a problem filling out two forms for me, although they've known about my situation for three weeks. My choices: I can wait here for up to three more weeks for it, or I can cut my losses and fly out of here. My refund is about 1.2 million.

I've called the tax office in Seoul to light a fire under their rears, to no avail.

I have to balance this waiting game with my opportunity cost. I have a job lined up that pays pretty well, but it doesn't start until the first of April. I could wait here. I could forget it and fly to a warm beach and relax in a bungalow.

I need a legal hammer to get this refund anytime soon. I've got everything I need to get it. Form 6166. Pay stubs. ARC. Passport. Bank info. I'm at a brick wall here. Can someone show me where I can get the hammer to break through this wall?
