What is the website to search movie times in Seoul?

I dont think koreans work on a different time system..

14:30 is 14:30 in korean.

different theatres have different websites

if you can buy the K Times on Fridays it does publish a lot of theatre schedules (or used to, haven't bought one in a while).

if you can't find it where you live try their website.

This will tell you what is playing and where it is playing.
No times given though. So once you know where and what you are going to see you have to call 1330 and they will give you the times. If there is something easier I'd like to know about it myself.
