I am thinking about coming back to Korea this summer and I definitely want to take Korean language classes at a university. Will I be more likely to find classes offered in the morning or will there be any offered in the evening? The time will effect what kind of job I look for. Also, if anyone knows which universities offer beginning level Korean classes or which area is best to find them, that would be helpful too. I am planning on moving to Seoul or another larger city.

you should be able to find both morning and evening classes at universities in seoul. the morning programs are usually "full-time" programs and are a bit more intense (around 4 hours of class a day + homework), while the nighttime programs are geared more towards people who are working while studying. you could also check out ybm's evening classes in jongno if you're looking for something cheaper and more relaxed.

in terms of location, around the sinchon area might be your best bet. that's where sogang and yonsei are located. sogang has a very good reputation and seems to be considered by many to be the best language school around if you're looking to be able to interact with koreans on a day-to-day basis. yonsei, on the other hand, has been criticized for its dated approach and focus on grammar, but is still where a lot of people go to learn korean.

another option would be around the seoul national university area. seoul national has some good beginner classes, but i thought their upper-level classes could have focused more on real-life conversation, etc. also, that area isn't the most interesting to live in overall.
