My school is looking for a new teacher, and gave me a resume of someone w/ a 2 year degree. I told them that except for the TALK program (where you're working on getting a 4 year degree) you can't work here. They are convinced that this law has changed, and now 2 year degrees are acceptable.

Can anyone source this (either way?)
