Does anyone know the log-in page web address (or IP number) for Shinhan bank. Or a phone number with English options?

I am trying to log into my Shinhan bank account (for about 45 minutes) from overseas. I have done it many times before without too much problem, but this time things are different.
The Shinhan page (www.shinhan.com) has an English button, so I press that. Then I go to the English page, and I press "Personal Internet Banking" at it goes back to the Korean page. Round and round in a loop. Does anyone know the actual log-in page address?

So I try to call a couple of numbers on the website. I get nothing but a Korean language menu and can never speak to a real person. I try pressing 0 or 1 or anything. Nothing but Korean language menu. Anyone know a phone number for Shinhan support in English.

Really frustrating. I think I will log on an check something in 5 minutes and 45 minutes later just want to scream. Welcome to Shinhan bank.

If you are outside of Korea, you should just find the normal www.shinhan.com site. After you get there, switch to Korean version and click on the My Shinhan button. You can only do this in Microsoft Internet explorer, because there are 3 security add-ons you must install before you can access you account. Once you manage to install them, insert your flash drive or wherever you've kept your encryption file which you've hopefully set up already... (Shinhan's site will only work in IE...))

OK, got it. That �my shinhan� button on the Korean language page was the missing link I was looking for.

Still there was some issue. After logging in, I ended up seeing my account but with all menus in Korean. I see �English� on the top so I press that, then boom, I am back out to the top level Shinhan website in English, and not logged in anymore. But now when I press �Personal Internet Banking�, instead of taking me to the Korean website (like it was doing before), it takes me to an English login page. I log in again, and I see my account, with English menus. Yes, my money is still there.
